Pros: Quiet, not crowded during the week. Coffee and tea always available downstairs. Rooms and beds are all large and comfortable.

Cons: Some room appliances starting to show their age but nothing egregious considering it's an extended stay hotel.

Pros: The property exceeded my met my expectations. I liked the utensils because I brought my own food and it made me easy to eat comfortably

Pros: The bed is firm and very comfortable. I was able to sleep better. Most hotel beds are too soft.

Pros: Just an overnight stay for my daughter & myself this time but this is our usual place we stay when in the Cleveland area when it’s just 2 of us. We’ve been coming every 6 months for Cleveland Clinic check ups for the past 10 years. I noticed this time the pool was filled in & it’s still sad they no longer have the great breakfast they used to have pre-covid but it’s clean, comfortable, a great room lay out(we always get the 2 bedroom) & compared to other hotels in the area the best price for a little “apartment” style room. It’s also pretty quiet even being right by 71 & it’s easy to get on 71 taking us directly to Cleveland in 15-20 minutes.

Cons: Nothing really this time…it was all good. The night clerk wasn’t friendly but he also wasn’t rude..so no complaints.

Cons: Don’t have an ice machine or breakfast. The room had a musty smell when we first entered

Full kitchen and lots of room, we will definitely be back next time we are up in the Cleveland area.

I’d stay again, I’ll just use the toilet at the gas station.

Pros: Spacious, AC units performed as expected, staff was exceptionally helpful.
