Towneplace Suites by Marriott Cleveland Westlake

The room was cozy and fit the needs that we had at the time of visit.

Pros: Breakfast bar was nice. The kitchen was very nice to have in the room. Staff was pleasant and willing to answer all questions. We had asked for early check in. They were able to accommodate us, and also placed us on the 1st floor making it easier for us.

Cons: We did not realize that this facility was a pet friendly hotel. When we walked down the hall of the facility, we could smell dog. Two doors down from us, there were 2 dogs that barked every time someone walked past their door. On a positive note, our room did not smell of dog or any other animal and we could only hear the dogs when walking in the hall. The day bed was not real comfortable and in need of cleaning.

Pros: Breakfast was good, offering more options than just sugary cereal and pastry. The location was very convenient for our needs but it was hidden from the main road behind another Marriot, so a little confusing. The staff at the othgerr facility was helpful in directing us and getting us checked in , however.

Pros: We liked the location and the breakfast was great. The suite was roomy.

Cons: It does need some up keep. Furniture around the pool was breaking.

Cons: the rooms were pretty old and many of the walls and doors had considerable wear and tear on them.

Pros: Lady at front desk was excellent! Breakfast left a little to be desired...no bread for toast, no scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy!

Pros: Need new coffee makers. Couldn’t get a good cup after several tries . TV need more apps to log into. Other than that, it was great

Pros: The breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. The eggs were real, so was the turkey sausage. Nice option to have Jimmy Dean pre made sandwiches available. Rooms were very quiet.

Cons: Although we didn't use it, the pool looked as though the bottom had not been cleaned in a while. Unfortunately we only stayed the one night.

Pleasant and great location.

Pros: Riva, in the breakfast room, was a true delight. What a great way to begin the morning but with a big smile and a good story. She was helpful and friendly. Was happy to answer our questions and give recommendations. She helped made our visit very pleasant.

Cons: The breakfast was ok but not great. Was disappointed I was not able to get the discounted rate I was offered at one point since I didn't make reservations at the time of offer. Thought I would get it when I checked in.

Great stay. In order for you all to keep it that way, there are some minor fixes that need your attention. Weed pulling

Pros: It was close to a lot of things. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: I would have liked a variety of breakfast items from day to day.
