Great Stay

Pros: Very nice hotel with a great indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms where nice and it was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was very nice and a great price.

Cons: The A/C unit in our room was very loud

Pros: Breakfast and pool area was great. Staff was very nice.

The location was very good for what we needed.

Pros: The location was great and the breakfast was more than adequate. Large, free parking lot.

Cons: We were there a week and the room was never cleaned, although the information we received at check in said that if you stayed more than 5 days, it would be cleaned on the fifth day. The down button on the elevator didn't light up and we weren't sure if it worked or not, so we always hit the up button. None of the buttons on the air conditioner worked, although we eventually saw the theremostat on the wall.

Quality Hotel. Near exit on 90 but with a neighborhoods feel.

Pros: I like the convenience of a good restaurant and bar on the premises. The waitress/bar tender was friendly and attentive to customers. One of the two check in people was extremely helpful.

Cons: The price for a more humble traveler was high, but you get what you pay for. Good hotel. I felt there was a presence lurking around the outside of the hotel that didn’t belong there. But they may have been hard working personal behind the scenes that were on break. Or maybe guests more like myself having a cigarette and just “kicking it”, those who are not the stereotype business class guest. But it was after dark and near back exits. I’m writing this more for the staff to know an impression that having people who didn’t seem like guests around the back exits after dark could startle a certain clientele. This happens.

Spent 1 night great time and was able check out at 1pm

Pros: Staff friendly great location literally next to everything love Crocker park

Pros: Very close to highway, restaurants and other. Of course my son's favorite part was the pool

Pros: Upon arriving for check-in was a little busy, but the woman at the front desk got everyone through very quickly. In my room, I had a pull out couch, which there were no sheets left in the room for the couch. I had to go to front desk to get them also no remote. The maintenance man brought me one promptly.

Cons: The area where the swimming pool is was very cold. Grandchildren said the water was warm. As for the pool towels, they were hand towels.

Overall I always have a good time the hot tub jet was broke the lady who works the the bar is very very poor attitude

Pros: The Front desk guy was very nice and sweet Roshad or something like that but yes loved him

Cons: My bed was caved In the middle room 438 hurt my back pretty much all night and the hot tub was broke was cold

Amazing Staff

Pros: The staff made this trip the best. Particularly Lateesha, who checked me in initially stood out the most. I was in a bad situation and booked this hotel last minute. Her voice was calming and her kindness was most welcoming. Her recommendations regarding local amenities was helpful and 100% on point. I booked another week in this hotel because if her.

Cons: The location was about 15min farther east than I wanted to be but the staff was irreplaceable and was worth the extra time. The staff was priceless

Pros: We’ve stayed at this location when it was owned by Hilton brands since we liked the hotel and it’s location the change in ownership to Wyndham was not noticeable as both Wyndham offer good hotels.

Cons: I wish the complementary coffee was available all hours. It was only available in the mornings the two nights we were there.
