Any time we visit Cleveland, this hotel will be our go to.

Pros: I loved how much space we had in the room and how clean it was.

Cons: That housekeeping didn’t come once, our whole stay, we had to go to the lobby to get towels and washcloths the second night and our trash was piled by the door l, when we got back from our first day out.

We enjoyed our visit at this hotel. My wife and I talked about using your hotel again in the future.

Pros: We liked the room, the pull out couch, the beds, the breakfast, and the pool. The staff were approachable and friendly. We enjoyed how close it was to things.

Cons: We didn't like that there were not more pillows. The hot tub was down.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff and was close to our destination spots.

Pros: Beautiful quiet side street with no traffic noise. The room was huge and the pool area was warm, clean and family friendly.

Cons: You can tell the rooms are getting older and need revamped-missing drawer pull, creaky beds

Wonderful place to stay!!

Pros: We had a king room, which was very nice, and had lots of room. The bed was very comfortable and good quality pillows. The shower was amazing! The pool was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was just what we needed after driving 626 miles in 1 day. Breakfast was also delicious with many options for food. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here, and when in the area again, we will stay here. Beautiful facility and close to shopping and several different restaurants, and minutes from I-90.

Pros: large pool, super clean facilities, great place to stay. We were in town for a concert at Huntington Bank Field and wanted to stay outside of town. This was the perfect place!
