Friendly staff.If Breakfast did not improve ,we would choose a different hotel.

Pros: The atmosphere was warming, cozy, and room was clean, bed was comfortable. I like the they have a good working refrigerator and microwave.

Cons: It was alittle frustrating trying to connect my box to the wifi wasn't connecting for some reason. Then finally we got it to work after working on it for over 20 min.

There were much more positive aspects of the hotel and there were negative ones.

Pros: The location with very convenient for what we needed to do. The breakfast area was very comfortable clean and the food was very good. The staff were informative and very friendly. They seemed to make sure our stay would be comfortable.

Cons: We had a king size bed and did not like the four small pillows that were on the bed. They were not very comfortable. Also, the floor we were on, the ice machine and pop machine. were out of order.

Our stay was comfort and relaxing

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and had excellent food choices each day

Cons: We stayed two days and our room was not cleaned. We were told the cleaning team was not able to go into the rooms

Awesome place to stay, very welcoming to our family and corgi.

Pros: Easy to get to local to lots of shops and restaurants. We travel with our families pet corgi. There was a nice large walkway around the hotel for pets. They even gave our corgi a goodie bag when we checked in that had a tennis ball and treats inside.
