Great option for a business trip

Pros: The rooms are spacious and the gym is quite good. There's an indoors swimming pool as well. The whole property is well maintained and clean and staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is minimalistic, however, every person would certainly find something they would like. I've had a pleasant stay during my short business trip, and am glad to have picked this hotel.

Pros: Me and my fiancé, stayed here while we celebrated our anniversary and were very satisfied. All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, this hotel is very clean and welcoming. We had no complaints our room was excellent and welcoming enjoyed every minute of our stay ! I would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel to stay at . I also loved that there were restaurants in walking distance !

Great price, clean room, friendly staff, and a perfect midpoint between Kings Island and the aquarium in Newport

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was very clean. It was really just a midpoint between two vacation spots was safe and perfect for what we needed!

Cons: Very good value, clean, and friendly staff. Plus, there was a free breakfast in the morning which my husband was very happy about.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean. I like the vinyl flooring rather than carpet. I think it's cleaner. The bed itself was very comfortable. We slept very well. The room was quiet. The breakfast area was clean and a nice variety to choose from.

Cons: I booked a handicap acceptable room since I currently had extensive back surgery. I wanted to make sure I had a walk in shower so I did not have to step over a bathtub and I would have a bench and grab bars . The shower has a glass doors but the bench was a built in angle that would have been too small for my 10 year old grandaughter! The grab bars were at the far end of the stall under the main shower head. They were of no use to anyone. There were no grab bars as you walked in or out. The other surprise was the bed. It was so low that it was difficult to get in but very difficult to get out of. When my husband stood next to the bed it did not even come to his knees. It was very comfortable to sleep but very hard to stand up from it.
