Pros: Centrally located to downtown Cincinnati. Very courteous and professional staff, clean room, and nice property.

Pros: This was my second stay here and I plan to stay again when I'm back working in Cincinnati. It's very close to the highway and has several dining options as well as a Starbucks and gas stations. There is a really good Vietnamese place a block or two away, a BBQ place, Chuy's, etc. The hotel is very nice with great value for the low cost. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons: there is nothing to report here, which is rare for me in my travels.

Pros: Front desk was friendly and efficient as well as the bartender/server in the Bistro. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The walk-in shower is huge and the water pressure was adequate. The location is perfect for gas/snacks & drinks, restaurants, and things to do. It's located right off of I75 at Union Center. Perfect for my needs.

Cons: The vending machines on two floors didn't work, but there were drinks and snacks available in the lobby.

Pros: The location was great, and the staff was friendly. The room was a nice size for the price.

Cons: The room was dirty in places.

Pros: Rooms were great. Rooms were clean. Lounge area was well kept and welcoming. Area was safe for families and children.

Cons: ATM not working/not stocked with bills. No change for washing machines. Bar area could stay open later for socializing.
