Pros: Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. I do mean the entire staff: reception desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff. The food is the restaurant was wonderful!

Pros: The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, an overall I had a great stay. Close to the center, so I did not have to go far to find what I needed. I think my longest drive to anywhere was 12 minutes from the hotel.

Cons: Some of the staff were rude, but there were a few very nice ones

Pros: I ended up getting breakfast and had to pay $56 for things we really did not like. So many hotels have complimentary breakfast and I thought this was the case. It was not clearly articulated, so I was disappointed I had to pay that.

Cons: See above- a little more clear that breakfast was not included in room fee.
