Pros: Location was great for a visit to Ikea. Breakfast was good. Typical American breakfast with a few extras on the buffet. The maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. Staff in the evening were very welcoming.

Cons: Staff in morning were not as friendly as the evening staff. Sheets on bed were not fresh.

This was a great place to stay other than the noise.

Pros: Breakfast was great. We came for a basketball tournament in Hamilton, so it was a bit out of the way.

Cons: The noise late at night was frustrating. Unattended kids were running through the halls, slamming doors and yelling until after 11pm.

Very welcoming staff and a spacious room.

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered to get us hot water from the kitchen, brought us chess pieces and even offered food from their personal party. The room was spacious and clean. The main floor area was nice and cozy with fireplace and seating area.

Cons: The sofa was not comfortable and the kitchen table was very wobbly. The breakfast was just okay.
