Red Roof Inn Springfield

Pros: We liked this place, the room was really non-smoking and clean, and the personal was friendly. Breakfast was included, and they suggested sausage, crumble eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, and fresh fruits.

Make sure I'm there before 5pm before that rude employee gets there

Pros: It was very clean and the room was perfect for my night.

Cons: When I was checking in, I told the lady that I had my service animals with me. Standing there was an employee that wasn't even clocked in started arguing with me about my service anima, stated that I will have to pay for them. While he was being very rude to me the lady that was checking me in kept telling me she was sorry. He was hovering at the desk telling me how other hotels charge for service animals as well. That I could just print a paper offline and say it's for my service animal. After getting checked in and went back outside there the employee was standing right by the front door smoking. I feel that people shouldn't be able to smoke right at the front door, even more so employees. When I did take my dog out to go potty as soon as you go to the grass there was massive amount of dog poop everywhere, and I mean massive amount. Having to worry about where my dog step and where I step is nuts.

A much better than average Red Roof Inn

Pros: This Red Roof in was better than most. It was very clean, pleasant and easily accessible. It was the perfect place to spend our last night on the road, after a month-long trip. Breakfast was a bonus as most Red Roof Inns do not offer it.

Nice motel in Springfield Ohio

Pros: Rooms were comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was a nice extra I didn't expect at this brand. Great that they allow pets, which makes travel for me much more practical.

Cons: In room coffee maker didn't work.

Night Stay

Pros: Everything was great except the water in the tub was clogged and did not go down. We asked for help, but no one could fix it. There was no offer to shower in another room or switch rooms.

Cons: The way the room situation was handled.

It was a good stay.

Pros: I thought the breakfast was excellent. It's a little noisy by the interstate.

Cons: Location. The front desk clerk is a little rude when I first walked in.

Happy to find a clean, pet friendly hotel

Gutes Hotel für kurzen Businesstrip

Pros: Sehr sauber, gute Erreichbarkeit, Zimmer gut ausgestattet, netter Service, Sehr bequeme Betten

Cons: Es wird sehr viel Plastik verwendet ( Frühstück) Man kann kein Fenster öffnen, dadurch ist die Luft in den Fluren und im Zimmer recht abgestanden.
