Fantastic Value, service and comfort

Pros: Everything was great except for the wifi....staff amazing, bed and pillows fantastic, loved everything but the WIFi was not high speed and was pretty much useless.

Nice place perfect for what I was doing, short trip.

Pros: The breakfast was surprisingly good, the location was good, close to the downtown of Troy, Oh. Shopping and restaurants were within short walks, nice place.

Cons: The shower/tub was slippery and not safe. They need a mat or something in the tub, be careful.

Was very enjoyable.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great. Location to where we were going was very convenient.

Cons: The only complaint was our room was to warm for sleeping and couldn’t seem to lower the thermostat.

It was good.

Pros: We only slept there as we had to leave at 4 am. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons: Checking in, the clerk was on the phone on a personal call, and I did not have his total attention.

Pros: How quiet the hotel was during the evening and night hours

Cons: Not really anything bot to like maybe how the breakfast staff wanted to close down so early but even then I could understand wanting to get everything done so they could go home for the day.

I enjoyed my last 6 days in Rm. 106 for the rest of my stay.

Pros: After my 7 day stay, the last morning breakfast was great. Finally scrambled eggs and bacon, which was my favorite breakfast. Found a lot of large coffee grounds in the Decaf coffee, so I went ahead and got a half cup of regular coffee, which was perfect.

Cons: My first night, I stayed in Rm. 329 and the rug had large cookie crumbs, so the rug should be sweep for customer prior to the overnight stay. I then requested a room on first floor and moved the next day with no problems.
