Excellent Stay

Pros: Great stay for the money. Room was really clean and nice and the whole facility felt very safe.

Pros: Have stayed several times when I work in the area. The staff are great. Feels like family !!

Overall nice, clean most nights it was quiet.

Pros: The location and places to eat close to the hotel. There is a few stores that's close and convenient. It was quiet one night of my stay sounded like construction but overall a good stay.

Cons: Sorry but I didn't like the shower drainage. It took a long time for the water to drain. I couldn't stand in the tub.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We needed to an second room and the staff at the desk was very welcoming and even gave us a discount due to the nature of our last minute room addition.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty basic, as most hotels seem to be anymore. My daughter has a gluten/dairy allergy so it would be nice to see some dairy free or gluten free options added to breakfast buffets.

Clean, comfortable & economical stay. Worth the travel time from Steubenville & other inns $$$ more

Pros: Decent sized room which was clean. Had everything we needed. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee etc…

Cons: I realize it’s continental breakfast but whether I’m the first one in or the last one closer to 10:00, there should be more things in the containers. The sides to put on the oatmeal in little plastic bags would have maybe 3 raisins, no granola , no brown sugar . I decided to get a bagel and you could tell it was so dry . A piece of bread in a sandwich baggie marked with a good date but it was cracked all the way through and split apart . That only happens when the bread is dry and old. The hard boiled egg bowl …… empty . Had to ask for some which she did bring. Pastry container needed some added . The room and everything else was fine but the freshness and not having enough out would be my complaint I guess .

Cons: Need to have an extra blanket in the room

Pros: Clean the staff was friendly at the front counter and breakfast was good

Cons: Cleaning staff was not very good they were in a room and were swearing saying the F word and they were talking about other customers

We like staying at this hotel because it has exceptional management.

Pros: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. This is our go to hotel when we are in the area.

We always look forward to our stay at the Microtel in Cadiz, OH.

Pros: My husband and I stay at this Microtel hotel many times during the year. The facilities are always exceptionally clean. Also the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs.
