Residence Inn by Marriott Wheeling/St. Clairsville

It was a very nice hotel and staff was great.

Pros: We didn't make it for breakfast. Also we were a little disappointed the pool or sauna weren't open. TV was also a disappointment. Don't get very many channels . We checked out a night earlier because my husband wasn't feeling well. Decided to head back home.Women at the front desk we're awesome.

Pros: It was perfect! The front desk person (Vickie) was very friendly and efficient, we were checked in within 3 minutes. A very dog friendly place, they even had a bowl of water by the entrance, as well as dog treats. Everything seemed brand new; carpeting, elevator, even the luggage carts rolled easily with plenty of hooks for bags. Breakfast was as expected, but very clean, and the person preparing the food was nice as well.

Cons: Not the staff's fault, but the hotel was along a long and twisting road, so if you didn't have navigation, it might be hard to find. That's the only flaw.

Pros: The hotel was just different, and that's what I liked.

Best hotel, with the best staff, for the best price!

Pros: From the moment we walked in, the staff gave off the best energy we have experienced at any hotel. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and most importantly it was comfortable!

Cons: Nothing! Can honestly say there were no complaints!

Pros: I have been staying at this location in St Clairesville for several years when I come visit from Texas. The staff are the BEST ever (wanna shout out for Lorraine!!) The Inn is quiet, pleasant and so easy to get around the town). Never a problem and always a great experience! Recommend it highly.

Cons: This time I was in 307 and only a window in the living area with a wall (on outside) facing the window. I only had a view of about 3 ft wide to look out toward the buffalo wing place. I’m not really complaining and I know I will mention to make sure I have a better window area next time (as I’ve always had in the past) I STILL LOVE THE INN!’

Wonderful

Pros: The staff was so welcoming. We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub.

Cons: A little removed from the main mall facilities and no sidewalk to walk there safely.
