Thoroughly enjoyed stay but room for improvement

Pros: Beautiful room , lovely large bed and attractive reception area

Cons: Would have liked a bath as well as shower. Told they had run out of sheets to change the bed linen. Shocked at this.

great room. comfortable meet expectations type of hotel. very business person not tourist.

Pros: Very business traveller orientated . not tourist. Basic continental breakfast would have been appreciated. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet room.

Cons: Valet parking. upon check in very busy. Keys in car waiting to be parked. un-nerving due to concerns of theft of vehicle left on street. Could have included complimentary small break fast. coffee (ok could be improved) yogurt, fruit

Short overnight but enjoyed it very much. All staff we came in contact with were helpful, friendly.

Pros: Enjoyed the patio. Food and service werr excellent.

Cons: Water pressure in shower was weak. Could use a towel hook/rack nearer the shower door.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, quiet and clean. Our room did not that hotel smell when we opened our room door. Location was within waking distance of our event. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: Pillows our not supportive enough. Too soft. FYI; Parking is by valet only. $15.00 a day

Great memory

Pros: Felt very safe walking around your town . Thank you Booking.com, good price was in our budget!

Cons: Im not sure if walls are thin, but could hear people talking and moving around till 11pm. Acceptable. We were on 3rd floor. I guess hotel was fully booked, other wise id suggest space booking rooms spaced apart.

Great value via special promotion through Booking.com.

Pros: Very clean, fairly quiet. Comfortable bed. Well-maintained exterior and interior.

Cons: For being a 4-star hotel, I would have expected more sound barriers between rooms. I could hear the person next door every time they sneezed or talked. I would also expect there to be an alternative off-street parking other than the valet only parking. I paid 1/3 of the valet cost by parking in the public parking garage that was a 7-minute walk away. The shower handle to adjust the temperature and spray option was confusing; once I was able to access warm water, I could not get it set back to the spray option I wanted.
