Pros: The breakfast had a good choice of foods, hot as well. Very clean and well set up. The staff were there for us to answer questions as well. We were sorry to hear that this location is closing!

Cons: We had no complains at all.

Great value for money if you're travelling south of lake Erie.

Pros: Great location in a quiet neighborhood & friendly staff.

We were safe and slept soundly & comfortable.

Pros: The room size was good. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The breakfast was good too. Location was great, you don’t hear anything from the outside even though close to the highway. Staff was friendly and provided us with a few things that we forgot at home.

Cons: The bathroom - especially the toilet wasn’t very clean. It had a brown ring around the water it could have use some Lysol. We also found a pair of mens underwear next to the chair in the room, we didn’t want to touch it so we left it there. If house keeping is moving stuff around to clean they should have found it. The tv remote control was dirty.

The gal at the desk when we arrived was exceptionally friendly and sweet and helpful!

Pros: Breakfest was ok nothing special . Coffee was great!

Cons: Everything was great clean room neat. Suggestion would be to replace the ceiling in the bathroom.

Cons: Had a room with a VERY loud child that her parents wouldn't even try to keep quiet. The lady looking after the breakfast table appeared like she didn't like her job...took lid off garbage can shuffled the garbage with her hands then went touching the food without washing her hands

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff friendly, Lots of coffee, tea, etc available 24 hours a day. Went for the solar eclipse and they had a cute little welcome pack with extra glasses!! very accommodating

Cons: my only complaint is my booking said check out noon, but we had to check out at 1100

Cons: Door to the room was damaged by someone previously trying to break in, the lock was damaged also.
