A Comfortable and Welcoming Stay
Pros: This InterContinental has a direct connection to the Cleveland Clinic, which is unbeatable for hospital patients. In addition, the hotel offers good facilities, spacious rooms, and very attentive service. In our case, both the breakfast staff and the front desk team were extremely helpful with everything we needed. We stayed at the hotel for almost a week, and it also offers a complimentary shuttle to the Fairfax Market, which is owned by the Cleveland Clinic. It is clear that the hotel understands that, due to its relationship with the Cleveland Clinic, many of its guests are patients; therefore, the humane, friendly, and attentive treatment was always present. This does not mean that there aren’t other types of guests, but everyone benefits from the excellent service.
Cons: The breakfast is somewhat limited, especially the buffet. The à la carte option is better, but it comes at an additional cost. I suggest allowing guests to choose at least one à la carte dish included with the buffet, which would significantly improve the overall offering, particularly the breakfast experience. Regarding housekeeping, for some reason we had to repeatedly remind them to clean the room. This aspect needs to be improved immediately.

A very comfortable enjoyable stay.
Pros: The location was nicely located near where I was going. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel.
Cons: I asked for a receipt for my stay and when I got it it wasn’t any room rate information on it. I wasn’t able to make sure my room charges were correct. I hope everything is correct.

Great hotel, extremely convenient.
Pros: The hotel was very nice. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities so that leaving the property was not needed. The cafe breakfast was great and so was the bar and speakeasy. Room service was quick and delicious. Being attached to the Cleveland Clinic was so convenient. The gym was clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: No issues.

Pros: I had taken buffet for the three of us but it was not available because of the holiday season. So we had to do entree but there was a lot of complexities with the way it worked. Any small change would cost us.
Cons: We stayed for a week because I had a surgery at Cleveland Clinic. The first night when we reached, the front desk did not mention that the dinner hours are reduced due to the holiday season. we rested for 45 mins and came down to the restaurant and they said restaurant was closed. We had to call multiple times to get service sometimes.

Great place to stay if you need to access the Cleveland Clinic
Pros: The Hotel is attached by walkways to many of the Cleveland Clinic Medical Center facilities. This made it very convenient as a place to stay the evening before my wife had surgery. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Comfortable.
Cons: There was a Keurig with coffee and tea but no creamers and no sweeteners and no spoons or stir sticks. The front desk was able to fix this but I had to be somewhat insistent for this to occur.
