Good solid choice for the medical/CWRU area

Pros: Hotel is within walking distance/sight of University Hospitals and Case Western. Room was clean and modern. We were up on the 8th floor which had a nice view of the surrounding area. Hotel is located within a ten minute walk to the cute Little Italy area where we went for dinner. Breakfast was good but essentially a Starbucks with 5-6 additional food items to choose from. It's not a buffet, so plan ahead a little to allow for time to order and for food to be prepared. Check-in staff were helpful, especially when my kid forgot something in the room after we'd checked out and we had to get access to the room again quickly. Parking is $26 by valet, and there are no other alternatives. I knew that going in, so not a huge surprise. The valets were very friendly and reached out when they had trouble locking my rental car. We eventually got it sorted out and I appreciated their persistence so my car wasn't unlocked overnight.

Pros: The room was above my expectations, there was a beautiful view with floor to ceiling windows. Very clean and comfortable. Food options all around and even inside the hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly

Pros: Great location. Within walking distance to college campus and the Museum of Art. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff.

Pros: B'fast OK, though a bit more limited than it could have been, even for a quick bite. After having recently stayed at a Marriott, my teen son had been looking forward to granola, but this place didn't have.

Cons: The TV channel my son was looking for for watching basketball game was not available. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower.

Comfortable and convenient to the gems of a great American city with a happy, helpful staff.

Pros: The location is wonderful, close to the many jewels of Cleveland with pleasant walking paths to museums and restaurants. The shuttle and valet parking are terrific bonuses.

Cons: All seemed well. No open green space but two blocks from the most beautiful outdoor spaces a city can have.
