We will stay again because everyone one was so helpful despite our obstacles.

Pros: The suite was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the building where my appoint was perfect. A five minute walk. The restaurant was very nice and the food was quite good.

Cons: We had a plumbing issue created a significant flood in the bathroom. It was inconvenient to have to move to another room at 10:00 at night and the new room had a buzzing noise.

Pros: Kelly at front desk was great, fast check in was good.

Cons: Valet parking took along time to pull my car up even after a 25 minute notice and go down to get my car and they still didn't get it yet and took them additional 30 mins of waiting. That was on Friday night around 8:20.

It was great. We would for sure stay again.

Pros: It was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of space. The teens even commented that this was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in.

Cons: The parking situation was not super clear at check in. It would have been great if that was part of the check in check list that the front desk went over at the time of arrival.

Great place to stay if you are going to The Cleveland Clinic either as a patient or a visitor.

Pros: I loved the personal products - shampoo, lotion, soap, conditioner The location was perfect for going to The Cleveland Clinic I liked that a terry cloth robe was included

Cons: I wish parking had been easier and that I didn't have to pay for valet parking.

THE ROOM TEMP WASNT GREAT- COULDNT GET IT COOL ENOUGH FOR MY LIKING.

Pros: EXCELLENT STAFF- VERY CONSIDERATE OF OUR REASON FOR TRAVEL AND SUPER ACCOMADATING. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. FOOD DELICIOUS. GREAT BARTEMDER. VERY PLEASED. WE LEFT AND RETURNED AND THEY MADE IT SUPER EASY. TOTALLY IMPRESSED.
