Pros: The location. The spacious room with natural light coming through the windows....

Cons: The kitchen was lacking some equipment.

It was a good stay location wise but not worth taking the breakfast with the room

Pros: Breakfast was ok not tha great. Not had a lot of options

Cons: There were not alot of options for kids like saisages, muffins, criossiants, not many options in cereals

Very nice hotel in Cleveland-Circle

Pros: The bed is confy, nice bathroom, and the staff really kind and helpful

Cons: A bit outside the circle and threrefore far from restaurants, but of course it depends on what you are looking for

It was great!

Pros: The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The house keeper was available 24 hours and responsible to our requests very quickly.

Cons: Extra charge for the parking. It seems they clean the rooms every other days not daily! However, when we asked for services they kindly accepted and did it very fast. Breakfast was overall good, but it could be better.

I would definitely stay here again due to the location and overall quality.

Pros: The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is nice having a real kitchen for making small meals and cleaning up. The free breakfast was nice. We liked being close to the museums, botanical garden, and concert venues for the Encore Chamber music festival.

Cons: The parking garage is great but for the room price could have been included instead of extra. I wish free breakfast didn’t mean eating with plastic utensils and producing loads of noncomposted trash.

Pros: Breakfast was fine with a lot of options. We try to maintain a heart healthy diet with a minimum of fats and sugars and could find options that were accommodating. Like the use of plates made from recycled materials. Rooms were quiet and pretty well sound proofed judging by the traffic and sirens passing by outside. Great location for exploring University Circle.

Cons: Coffee in the room was poor quality. Not a big problem. Doors close with a slam but it didn't seem too bad hearing neighboring rooms.

Pros: The room was very good & spacious. The location was very close to Cleveland clinics.

Cons: Breakfast had limited options. Room cleaning was not every day.

Pros: The location was great for our interests, We are big walkers and we were able to wallk to the sites and restaurants that interetsed us.

Overall very happy with stay

Pros: Great location, fairly walkable area. Breakfast buffet above average. Well furnished kitchenette area with full fridge was a great plus. Pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Appreciated shuttle access to neighborhood areas as well as nearby self parking.

Cons: Missed having a safe in room. So-so TV channel selection.
