Pros: The breakfasts were satisfying with good variety. The room was great. Staff was helpful and responded to our requests. Valet parking responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland.

Cons: The pool was not cleaned (we found long hair ) as often as it needed to be. We prefer to have easy access to our car, so valet parking is not desirable.

Pros: The staff was amiable and knowledgeable. Our room was very nice and one gets the feeling there was attention to detail.

Cons: Parking, though the staff did a great job providing valet services, the idea of paying with little or no option is not what we are generally used to.

GREAT! 10 out of 10 recommend

Pros: The receptionist was great!! Very helpful. I'm so thankful. We checked in around midnight. My mom and I were staying because my nephew was in the hospital and ended up not making it. This lady made us feel welcomed and have a little peace. I wish I would have gotten her name. We need more people like her in this world. 10 out of 10 would recommend 💜

Positive experience and nice hotel

Pros: Conveniently located at 20 minutes walking to University Circle and at 2 minutes walking to the Health line bus stop. Nice hotel and polite staff. Clean and wide room and private bathroom.

Pros: I absolutely would recommend this hotel to everyone. They have on-site valet service. The staff was absolutely top tier. The level of comfort was very welcoming with a great location next to The Cleveland Clinic main campus with on-sight shuttle service and public transportation. This place is the total package. After a one week stay, I felt totally rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to take on a fresh week. Thank you, Cleveland Clinic Holiday Inn. You guys really rock.
