Pros: Very clean , friendly staff and a good pub (at the property) with good food and drinks just outside of the hotel !

Pros: I have stayed here in the past and the receptionist remembered me and was as warm and welcoming as ever. The hotel also has beautiful grounds and is close to all the amenities you could need and is just across the road from Highbanks Park so is perfectly placed for those who like to walk. The rooms are generously sized ( especially the suites) and very well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a quiet spacious room in a great setting.

Cons: Having to leave without getting to say hi to all the staff I met on my previous visit.

Wonderful as always

Pros: We've stayed here several times and I love the proximity to downtown and shopping while being off the beaten path. Also breakfast is fantastic! We ran into a small maintenance issue and it was resolved within 15 minutes of calling the front desk.

Cons: We ran into several issues with our key cards, but the issue was quickly resolved and we well on our way. They were two separate instances, but they were both resolved easily and kindly by the front desk.

Pros: The property grounds are beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was super comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay for a long weekend. We will definitely book this place again when we’re in town.

Way better than a regular hotel! Beautiful place!

Pros: Property is under renovations, so i did not give it top marks right now but you can see it will look sleek and modern when finished. Rooms are small but adequate. The grounds are beautiful with lots of pots of flowers and nice landscaping. We swam in their large outdoor pool with lots of umbrella tables and lounge chairs. There is a patio with umbrella tables overlooking a lake with a large fountain. We did not have time to use it but they have a large courtyard with fireplaces and fire tables. The breakfast was awesome with lots of fresh cut up fruit. There is even a fridge full of soft drinks for those who like a coke for breakfast. Good location. We will stay there again.

Pros: Despite being under construction the facilities were clean and all employees including the contractors were beyond friendly.

Pros: Although I was just passing through, quick sleep and go, I definitely will look to staying when I'm back in area for a longer stay, the place looked very accommodating for lots of things to do
