Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Youngstown North-Warren/Niles by IHG

This is THE BEST hotel in Warren/Niles Ohio area. The hospitality is awesome!!!

Pros: Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone as well as the location

Pleasantly surprised!

Pros: Good location. The most breakfast choices I've seen in a long time. Very well tended to and refreshed by the employee. I wish that I remembered her name because she was so hospitable every day. The cleaning lady went above and beyond as well. The free bottled water is a great idea and helped to keep our water intake good even on vacation.

Cons: I don't like the amount of deposit taken each day. Pretty high for that type of hotel and would possibly be a deal breaker for some customers.

Relaxing and refreshing.

Pros: The breakfast and location was great. The food was fresh and the worker worked hard to keep everything filled. The beds were comfortable and the pool was good to relax in. The front desk staff was polite and professional and made my stay even more pleasant.

Cons: The family reunion that took over the pool.

Pros: Room was large and clean. Breakfast had a very good selection. Backyard patio area was a nice area

The pool was great, room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: It was easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately I needed the hotel on Valentine’s Day so it cost a bit more than it would have had it not been. Other than that, it was super clean. It was under construction but that didn’t interrupt us at all. If I’m ever in the area again I’d definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located and perfect for an overnight stay near lots of restaurants and shopping!

Pros: The breakfast is good, the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make the stay better. I loved that they had cookies and ice cream and popcorn for free at certain times. The pool is great. I didn’t notice any noise at all and they were even under construction, which the lady was nice enough to call me prior to my stay to let me know there would be construction.

Cons: The charging port attached to the desk was extremely sticky, covered in something that left residue all over our hands.
