Breakfast was great! Very clean and friendly environment

Pros: Staff was beyond friendly! We arrived in the middle of a snow storm they had everything shoveled and accommodated everything we needed I wish I could remember the guy at the front dress but he was great!

Good hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Front desk staff were amazing and helpful. Went out of their way to assist my needs. Room was great. Complimentary cookies and water along with coffee in lobby is a very nice touch and appreciated!

Cons: No real coffee maker in room- just the little pod thing that is close to useless. A real coffee pot in room would be great so I can use my own coffee. Breakfast should be available for an hour or more than it is.

We had a very peasant stay.

Pros: Checking in with David was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast selection was impressive. Checking out with Peta was amazing. I could not find a personal item in the room as I was packing up. I went to Peta, described the item, and she said she would ask housekeeping to keep an eye out for it. Imagine how delighted I was when she call me to let me know they found it! To me, that is going above and beyond. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant experience.

Cons: I really can't think of one thing that we were unhappy about. The hotel and our room met all of our needs.

Amazing staff and Hotel

Pros: I really appreciate the amazing staff. Everyone from the front desk staff, dietary staff, and housekeeping were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and our room was amazing. We will definitely be back to another homewood suites in the near future.

Excellent Black Friday and Football weekend!

Pros: The property was very clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very welcoming and friendly. We love the location. Really love the suites, refrigerator and stovetop always makes it feel like home.

Happy and Safe

Pros: I really like the cleanliness, the location, how quiet it is and safe. In addition I love breakfast, accessibility to many places that are around. Personally we visit our children at UC.

Pleasant ,comfortable stay. More than we needed ( kitchen) for 2 nights. Would recommend

Cons: Needed extra or larger trashcan We had issue with temperature control. Staff looked into it promptly but unable to fix it. We ended up cutting unit off for last night. TV directions not real clear
