Pros: Basically, everything was fine with the exception of one issue below.

Cons: The heating/AC unit was very loud and hard to control.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Location was excellent, close enough to be convenient yet just enough outside of downtown to be able to relax comfortably

Cons: How quickly breakfast was replenished with the amount of guests eating.... people were waiting longer for food than they should have.... also, need more ice machines, had to go hunting on other floors to find and only found the one we did by accident

Perfect!

Pros: Location was perfect for our stay.The staff was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially the firepit at night! Beautiful hotel, will stay again when in area and will certainly recommend to others.

Excellent accommodations

Pros: The hotel was lovely and very clean. I appreciated how kind the front desk staff was upon arrival. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the water pressure in the shower as well. There was also plenty of space to park. We stayed overnight after a daylong drive and a concert. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet, clean accommodations!

Nice, clean hotel with good breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast area was spacious and tables spread out-I didn’t feel jammed in next to people, breakfast food was good. The lighting of the area was also good. Parking was a little tight as the place was booked. But it was a nice, new hotel. I thought it was worth it.

Cons: Trying to find light switches on the lamps, plus the ac kept running -couldn’t get it turned down or up-finally had to turn it off. Instruction card would have been nice. Also, trying to get tv to work-instruction card would be useful. Have to press guide button on tv to get guide rather than channel up/down. Also, a vending machine would have been convenient.
