Quiet, cozy stay in a convenient location.

Pros: In a very convenient location, but tucked back up the hill so it's quiet and, seemingly, safe. Staff are friendly and the facility is clean. Breakfast is FANTASTIC! Pool is nice and a good sized workout area. Rooms are good size, comfy bed and good amenities in room - fridge, microwave, coffee, hairdryer and plenty of towels.

Cons: There aren't any cameras outside so if you're vehicle is packed with things for travel, it was a little concerning, but the location is tucked away so it felt ok.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast with many choices, great accommodations for the price of the room

Cons: The extra money paid ..security that was to be paid back

Pros: The staff was excellent .the breakfast was extremely excellent! The bed was super comfy.

Cons: The bathroom really needs a remodel. It would be nice to have a larger counter area for the sink. The coffee area could have more area as well.

fine, good location close to everything. we rode the Cincinnati Dinner Train.

Pros: breakfast was fine. I don't eat eggs but other options were available like cereal fruit.

Cons: no waffle maker

Overall my wife and I was satisfied with all that was offered

Pros: The turkey sausage and egg omelet were really delicious

Cons: well upon departure I was expecting a paper invoice instead of an email for a receipt

Location was ideal. Good breakfast. Clean and nice.

Pros: Property was clean and nice like all the Holiday Inn Expresses we stay at. Close enough to downtown but far enough we felt safe and out of the busy area. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Staff wasn’t as welcoming as we’re used to but nice enough.

Room was clean. I had no issues as of yet and again I thought the service was excellent.

Pros: The young man at the service desk when you checked in if I had to grade between one and 10 and 10 being an excellent, I give him a nine very I thought he did his job very well

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the cups were not packaged in plastic and just stacked together unwrapped thought that was very unclean And not too healthy at this time of the year with the flu and everything else that’s going around the cup should’ve been packaged in plastic individually

Excellent and affordable hotel!

Pros: The room was very clean and exceeded my expectations! Dispose being one of the cheaper hotel options in the area, I felt very safe and the quality of the hotel was excellent.

Cons: Some of the treadmills in the workout room did not work nor did the second floor ice machine.

Pros: El desayuno estuvo bien. Sería bueno que pongan más frutas.

Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien. En cuanto a la lavandería podrían dar la opción de pagar con tarjeta.

Very comfortable and quiet. Very good value.

Pros: Everything The breakfast was very good. Holiday Inn Express will be my first choice in the future.
