In general good, but it could have been better.

Pros: Car parking facilities. Staff courtesy. Hotel location.

Cons: Internet Wi-fi did not work very well. Few choices in breakfast

Best customer service

Pros: I have not been in a place where the customer service was so fantastic. Although the hotel is not the top of the line hotel the customer service made the experience top of the line.

Nice Stay

Pros: Location was great. Ice, vending, breakfast available.

Cons: Older hotel, room/bathroom cld use some fresh paint to make it more appealing.

Would definitely stay here again

Pros: Property was very quiet. The TV had access to extra features including YouTube and PPV The room was spacious and attractive. I appreciate the shampoo dispensers in the bath

Cons: It was difficult for me to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Pros: I like that they have kept up with the property. If you’re looking for something decent don’t hesitate. Customer service was great & honestly the rooms were clean & decent as well.

I had a pretty good experience for my first time visiting the area.

Pros: I was very comfortable there and the staff were very helpful and polite when we had questions. There was also lots to do in the area! Did not get to try breakfast since I woke up too late, but I was looking forward to it.

Cons: I've never been to the area before so I was a bit lost. Luckily, everyone was very helpful. Between the two rooms, one had carpet and one had hardwood, which I thought was interesting, but I preferred carpet.

Pros: Where our room was located, near the rear door by the exit for the pool was nice, and we were right near the ice machine and washer/dryer, and near where our car was parked in the lot, so the conveniences was nice

Cons: Our bed made a loud noise when sitting at the foot of the bed and you can't bring the breakfast that is offered by the hotel to your room, and it starts at 6a and ends at 9a, that's kind of early for people on vacation, it should be 7a to 10:30

Pros: We stayed for 2 days and nights staff was great the hotel smelled so good each time we left and returned

Fulfilled all our needs: moderate price, near our destination with adequate amenities.

Pros: Check in and out was easy, staff was polite and professional. Could use grab bars in the tub. Some of us are getting to need the bars to balance.

Cons: Not enough handicap parking. My husband can't walk very far.

Pros: Hot breakfast, clean and comfortable bed, hallway entrances to room, fridge and coffee pot, clean bathroom, trees outside window, all good for the price

Cons: Breakfast closed at 9 on the dot just when most folks were coming down or still eating. Ugly gray carpeting and walls everywhere.
