Perfect place to stay.

Pros: The staff was amazing. They texted me when I checked in to make sure that my room was acceptable, and then texted me after check out to let me know I had left my glasses in my room, and held them for me until I was able to get back to pick them up. The breakfast that was included was amazing. The hot food was hot, and there was so much to choose from.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Pros: Our stay was excellent. We got a late check in because of our travel delays. The staff was friendly and courteous even at the late hour of check in! We would recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Niles/Warren, OH to anyone traveling and in the area!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in a LONG time. Not to mention the phenomenal breakfast.

Pros: Every detail was well thought out. The walk in shower was great and furniture arrangements were great. Both were different than you would find in most hotels! Staff was incredible!

Cons: Room temperature wasn’t steady. We were cold then hot. But really, that’s not uncommon for hotels.

Pros: Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gute Lage. Dame hat mir perfekt geholfen, das problem mit Booking zu lösen.

Cons: Booking Support war eine Katastrophe... Beim Check in hat von Booking etwas nicht gepasst, mit der Zahlung... Bin froh konnte das die Dame vom Hotel erledigen. War von Booking da sehr enttäuscht...

It was a wonderful stay and a delightful experience!

Pros: I have been to many hotels in my life... I have to say that this Hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in. I was not too sure about the location (near a mall) before I selected it but I wanted to give it a try. I have to say that I'm very happy I did. The staff/breakfast/cleanliness/quite at night/ was exceptional. The staff reached out daily by text to make sure everything was great...And it was...thanks for such a wonderful stay while visiting family at Christmas. I will surely stay again!
