Day clerk needs a hospitality class !!

Pros: It was a large room and a pool for the kids to swim in. There was a musician in the restaurant that night and the food was good.

Cons: The morning clerk at the front desk yelled at my adult daughter when she was carrying 2 Styrofoam cups of tea in the hallway. Her tone of voice and the manner in which she yelled was totally unacceptable to tell her no drinks are allowed in the pool areA in front of other guests. She was not even headed that way. By the way there is no sign outside the pool doors stating this. I called the clerk out on her lack of hospitality skills and the proper way to talk to a paying guest. This put a huge damper on what was a great visit. On top of that the elevator broke and I had to bring the luggage down from the top floor. Better down than up.

Pros: The room was just fine - exactly what we needed for a quick overnight. Clean and confortable.

Cons: There was no blanket on my bed, just sheets.

Had a great trip to Amish Country and did not mind the short drive to Strasburg

Cons: The hot tub had a hair in it had no towels in the swimming area

Very nice place!

Pros: Location was very nice for our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Cons: The construction/renovation could have been designed to be done away from the occupied rooms. Early morning hammering was annoying.

Overall the stay was good

Pros: The persons at the desk were very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Cons: Found a big on the rug in the bathroom. I took it down to front desk and the girl made a face.

Pros: Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Bed was soft. King size room 203. Room was clean. Breakfast was just ok but good enough to fill belly up. 2nd time here. Hot tub was nice even tho the jets wasn't working. Pool was very cold. The pub connected to the hotel was pretty good.

Cons: Not to much not to like but better breakfast selection but no biggie.

Pros: The hotel was super clean and quite. Had a country feel to it. Room was cozy and clean. Bed was huge and comfy.

Pros: Clean room, great service. Comfortable bed and enjoyed the pool.
