Pros: Excellent! Staff was very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful.

Cons: Nothing!

It was very pleasant and cozy stay with great accomodations.

Pros: The modern touches and the fact it was fully furnished with plates, utensils,and appliances.the 10 foot ceilings made it so comfortable and roomy.

Cons: Couldn't get into the fire pit area in the evening it was packed so maybe make another section for that

Pros: How clean it was and easy access to everything staff was very friendly

Cons: The breakfast and the bed was hard but everything else was beautiful

Pros: The hotel was pretty new and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: My only complaint was that when I rolled down my window shade, there was about a half-inch gap at the bottom of the window and since I was on the ground floor it was not dark enough in the room.

Perfect in every way

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. The staff was super friendly. Check in was seamless. Beautiful facility and location. Loved the outdoor fire pit. We were there for a wedding and the property far exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were very nice, quiet, and we enjoyed the view of the river.

Pros: The room had a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room. It looked new, and everything was very clean. There were 2 large screen TVs. We had a beautiful view of the river.

Cons: It was very difficult to drive out of the hotel, especially if you were turning left, due to traffic.

Beautiful location but it doesn’t have the staff to match.

Pros: Location was brand new and very clean. It was convenient location.

Cons: Check in staff had to be called on the phone to get him to the desk. He claimed to have aligned my stay with my points profile but that didn’t happen. The breakfast server was extremely overwhelmed to say the least. She severely needed some assistance. I know people have individual jobs however, when this person was struggling with malfunctioning equipment and very busy time the desk attendant took multiple smoke breaks. .

Pros: easy to access and lots of options for food and shopping. very modern and they had a fire pit with seating outside and an indoor pool.
