Pros: We loved the location. The coffee shop and ice cream shop downstairs was so nice. The staff greeted me with a smile. The menu is good. The view of the city and free parking in lot across the street were an added plus . The unit was modern and has nice appliances, cookware, and a coffee pot.. There's a nice TV with a lot of apps.

Cons: The Mason view is advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment when it's actually a 1 bedroom loft. The 2 areas that are designated bedrooms don't have closets or doors. There is no privacy for the number of people that the apartment/loft can accommodate. The sleeping area in the back didn't have a door or a closet. There is nowhere to hang your clothes. We had to operate out of drawers and suitcases our entire visit. The back sleeping area was very warm. There was a very small fan in the room, but a ceiling fan would have provided better circulation. You can hear everything going on in the unit from the sleeping area above the kitchen. Again, there is no door or closet. The blower motor on AC was loud but not an inconvenience. The unit is on the 3rd floor .
