Pros: I stayed here for a month while completing a medical elective at the Cleveland Clinic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the Clinic and close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. They were always friendly, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make me feel safe and supported throughout my stay. Even after I left, they thoughtfully shipped a parcel that arrived after my departure—a gesture I deeply appreciated.

Cons: We did have a small issue with the hot water at one point, but the staff addressed it immediately and had it fixed right away, which really showed their attentiveness and commitment to guest comfort.

Pros: A very nice oriented property to Cleveland clinic where I'm working. The apartment itself is nice sized and contained everything I needed.

Pros: Building was very clean, quiet. The unit was spotless, very comfortable, had everything we required, ideal location.

Cons: The buildings on the street did not have house numbers. The only picture I had was from google maps and was of the house next door. Needless to say, door codes did not work and I had to call for assistance and, although the lady was very nice, it took a long time to figure out which house our reservation was for and the appropriate code. I was also trying to use the room code for the main door which was my fault for reading the email in the dark of the night.
