We love the convenience of this hotel being walking distance from Mainstrasse.

Pros: The staff was very helpful in accommodating our stay. This is our goto hotel whenever we're in town visiting.

Nice hotel near pay course stadium. Great transportation with the golf cart.

Pros: That the ladies up front were able to get us in for an early check-in.

Cons: The timing for housekeeping. If the ladies could spend 5-7 more minutes I think it be helpful.

Rude barmaid

Pros: Perfect location, standard sized room. I have stayed in the hotel before and the room was a carbon copy of previous stay.

Cons: The lady behind the bar was rude, obnoxious and spent all her time flirting with another customer and ignoring us, other than to lecture my wife about tipping in the USA. The experience was so bad we never went to the bar again in all our time there.

Such a comforting and inviting stay!

Pros: The staff were so friendly at check-in and any other run ins we had with them. The room was plenty big enough for me, my husband, and our toddler, and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the only disturbance was the noise from the roads/bridges, but it wasn’t super loud and our fan blocked the noise anyways.

Cons: I wasn’t super pleased with having to pay for parking. Seems quite unreasonable when I’m already paying for a room. However, I knew it when I was booking and it still ended up being our cheaper option while still being a great hotel.

Good place to stay

Pros: Easy check in and close to the event in downtown Cincinnati. Lots of restaurants close by so you don't have to drive. Very quiet and easy access to your room

Cons: Hard to get back on the interstate.

Pros: The staff was great and the facility was perfect for the even we attended!

Cons: Our ac in our room didnt work, but the problem was resolved quickly by staff with a room change! And breakfast was not great and could use some improvement.

Pros: We went to the JR Ward event, and the hotel was easy to locate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. My friend that was with me was handicapped and a walker chair even though she could not get it into the bathroom she was able to get to the toilet because she could hand on to the sink to get to it and the bar was within reach. To us, it felt like you were home.

Cons: I think the doorways should have been a little wider. But other than that, I have nothing I didn't like about the stay or the place.
