Clean, Well Priced Apartment!

Pros: Fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and perfect size for 2 people. Exactly what we needed for 48hours in Cleveland.

Pros: Good value for your money. Minutes from our downtown venue. Place was cute, It had everything we needed. Parking was good. I would definitely recommend and do again.

Affordable functional stay on a quiet street

A great place to stay if you’re going to one of the hospitals, Case Western Reserve, or visiting

Pros: It was a nice, clean, and quiet apartment. It was within walking distance of the heart of Italy, where I had both a great supper and a wonderful breakfast pastry. The parking was free. I would gladly stay there again and I probably will check whenever I have to go in Cleveland to see if the unit is available.

Cons: I was a little confused on where to actually park my car since the communication indicated to park in then parking lot, but it wasn’t clear out of all the spaces that would be available a specific area.

great stay and amazing value

Pros: near Cleveland museum of art which is a must. very good price aand value. Worth it if driving. As a couple staying only 1-3 nights focused on seeing the city this is perfect.

Cons: a little hard to find but overall everything went smoothly. if you are hoping to be downtown and walking distance this is likely not a good choice as it's a bit east, but the neighborhood was great and safe!

Pros: The hosts Shavit and Dakota were super responsive and friendly. We had one small issue with the TV remote. But they both worked diligently and solved the problem. Also, the location is great for a short walk to all the wonderful restaurants in Little Italy. It’s a neighborhood with lots of college students. I felt safe among friendly people.

Cons: It’s a very small apartment in an old house in an old city neighborhood. Also due to this being an old house, the pay washer and dryer were in the basement that had to be entered from outside. But for the good price, I didn’t expect anything bigger or ultra modern. I was there recovering from surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, so I didn’t need anything lavish and was quite comfortable.

Pros: Das Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, da hat sich jemand viel Mühe gegeben. Manches könnte noch verbessert werden, aber der Gastgeber hat ein offenes Ohr für Vorschläge und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Also: im Zweifel drüber sprechen, nicht gleich nörgeln! Die Technik funktioniert auf jeden Fall und alles ist sauber.

Cons: Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, denn das Appartment liegt ziemlich außerhalb und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nichts zu essen oder zu einzukaufen. Die Industriegeräusche in der Nacht sind schon etwas laut.
