Pros: Reception was nice, welcoming, very professional, but as a front desk receptionist, she gave no warm friendly greeting, no smile mold. She was great text messing me if I needed anything let her know. Only issue, the ironing board kept collapsing, iron drop, hassard traveling with small children.. The property was great safe location to shopping and restaurants . I will definitely select this facility in the future

Cons: Helpful A friendly smile & warm greeting costumer service. Replace the unstable ironing board. A better selection free grab and go breakfast bars, Also I snack oreo cookie taste wasnt as fresh.

Pros: Breakfast was quite good. There was some interesting aspects to vouchers and pricing, but it was fine.

Cons: The only issue at all, and it was resolved, was that when I checked in my room smelled like cigarette smoke. However, the front desk staff quickly switched me into another room, which was very good.

Well worth every penny - Hilton should be proud of this property.

Pros: Clean, clean, and clean! Well-kept and maintained property; nothing out of order or old, all rooms that I saw including mine were all well appointed with nice fixtures, art, appliances, and television sets. I was able to relax as soon as I walked into my room, not having to worry about anything being dirty. I did a bed bug check to be extra careful, and all was clear. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Patrick, Tracy, and Pam were all amazing and deserve kudos for making my stay so pleasant for the three days that I was there. The maids were so kind and hardworking, and made sure that my room was well taken care of. The food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were delicious and well-prepared. The property was well-lit, safe, and clean on the outside. The pool area was really nice and well-maintained.

Pros: I loved everything about the stay. rooms were super clean and nice. Staff was great to work with. Wife and Kiddo had a blast staying there.

Cons: The TV remote and menu was very weird and hard to figure out.

Cons: 1 or 2 of the outdoor doors were a little heavy to open. I am a small person and it took some effort! LOL

Cons: There was plenty of storage in the room but I found it a little nonfunctional I use packing cubes and simply unzip them and place them in drawers There’s were no drawers big enough to house my cubes

Absolutely relaxing!

Pros: This is my favorite hotel to stay in whenever I visit Beavercreek. There was a minor hiccup when it came to my accommodation, but it was resolved by the time I left. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. I will continue to stay in this location as always!
