Convenient, budget-friendly, and helpful front desk staff.

Pros: Good property and facilities. If all you are going to do is sleep, it is more than what you need. Not fancy or one of those properties that has a pool, gym, etc. It does provide solid, comfortable facility that lets you concentrate on your visit to the area rather than wastefully spend money on facilities that are in the end not necessary. The one bed room was surprisingly large, which made my stay even more comfortable. I will look for this company in my future visits to other places.

Cons: Although asked immediately if I needed a couch in my room, I declined as a couple of chairs would be sufficient. I was wrong, but this was not their fault. Additionally, I was provided a room that had a broken coffee table.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and the location was great. I loved the fact that it was very quiet and there was no commotion going on like I have often witnessed at other Extend stays.

Cons: The price keeps going up each week on Booking.com. First week I got my Dad's room for $300 then the second week it was over $500.

It was sad do to the stafff

Pros: Other than my daughter forgot her paw patrol doll in the room and they kept it. They said we threw it in the trashcan but they are lying. My daughter forgot it laying on the bed and they refused to give it back and she is a special needs child so I had to go buy a whole new paw patrol dogs which was almost $100.

Cons: The staff was very rude and nasty when I called them and told them my daughter left her paw patrol dog there they told me it was in the trash the doll was to big fit in trash can in the room she just got it for her birthday that weekend was her birthday!!!!
