National Air Force Museum nearby

Pros: Roadtrip to Yellowstone from Buffalo with friends that came from Scotland. Convenient location to National Air Force museum For the most part staff was great especially the woman doing breakfast - more than willing to freshen up the hot items as people came & went. However sadly the receptionist in the evening of our arrival was not at all friendly or helpful. Also had alittle difficulty finding it as it sits back behind some business that are closed. Nice little Bar across the road for dinner.

Cons: The evening Receptionist needs to learn about hospitality!!!

Pros: The breakfast was great. The location is a short and easy drive from the Air Force Museum.

Cons: My husband wasn't a fan of the beds (thought they were too hard), but the rest of my party was okay with them. The pool was open, but it wasn't heated (it was stated at check-in, though.

Cons: The bed was a little hard and made my hips hurt but still was a great bed

Lovely breakfast staff, wonderful accommodations, rude housekeepers

Pros: We stay here multiple times each year and are usually very happy with location, breakfast, and pool.

Cons: Pool room was very cold this time. Head of housekeeping hung up on me while I was asking a questions because she was angry

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end

Pros: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and staff! The place was so clean and everyone so nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! I was also traveling alone and felt completely safe there. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting that part of Ohio

Pros: Quiet hotel & friendly staff. Didn't get up in time for breakfast.

Cons: Beds not comfortable & would've been nice to have exhaust fan in bathroom. But still happy with hotel.
