Pros: Very friendly place, nice, clean and comfortable, makes you feel at home. The staff is super friendly (Agnes was a gem!) and helpful. Breakfast is convenient, and there is coffee (and water for tea) all day long.

Cons: I wish we could open the window in the room to get fresh air from the outside, but this does not seem to be common in the US!

Cons: Ripping me off for 3 times your normal rate because it was parents weekend at University of Dayton was ridiculous!

Pros: Perfect location for visiting the air force museum. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good selection of equipment in the gym and great breakfast.

My stay was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Breakfast was good overall. Eggs, oatmeal, bread choices were all good. The sausage was mediocre at best. Coffee was excellent.

Cons: One of the lights in bedroom kept flickering. No closet. No extra blankets.

Pros: One of the nicer hotels we have stayed in lately. Their breakfast was also was pretty good too.

Pros: Very up beat decor in the lobby area. I felt happier just walking in. The little mini market is a great idea. Sometimes vending machine goods just don’t cut it. The room was sleek and modern with plenty of charging ports and a huge window. The breakfast was fresh and always stocked.

Great Place to Stay in Dayton

Pros: We booked the room for Parent Weekend at the University of Dayton. It was very easy to get to from campus and an easy Uber back if needed. The staff was very friendly, easy check in and comfortable beds!

Pros: Great service for the most part, the Staff was exceptional, with a fairly smooth check in. Great price, and great location. Rooms were a bit cramped though. Otherwise Great stay.
