Pros: A really comfortable stay, the staff were amazing and the breakfast choice was fantastic

Cons: The facilities ,although updated furniture, were a little dated. The pool was warm but the pool room could use some TLC. Cracks in ceiling in hotel room but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Pros: The breakfast well exceeds the industry standard and is wonderfully stocked and staffed, a pleasant indulgence we look forward to during our stay. The rooms are roomy, well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Noise leakage through walls and windows is minimal.

Pros: Friendly staff with helpful suggestions on food options nearby. Bright cheerful lobby. The room remained nice and cool throughout our stay during some hot muggy weather.

Cons: Pillows were a bit soft most of us prefer a firmer pillow.

Pros: Everything about the stay was exceptional. I’m in town every weekend and stay the whole weekend twice a month. I will be booking with this hotel again.

Pros: The property was located near gas, food, grocery/shopping, and right near downtown Madison. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel, pillows weren’t ideal but that’s the norm for hotels so I’m not knocking them for my personal preference. Shower was spacious and provided toiletries were good quality. The front desk was wonderful, coffee was stocked in the lobby… really had no issues in my stay and had a great time. I have OCD so it is very hard for me to fully relax in a hotel and this is one of the only I felt I was able to take a deep breath in… very clean!

Cons: A big selling point for choosing this location was the pool, and since the room rates are rather high I think the pool could constitute some updates. The pool itself was wonderful and clean but the deck was dirty with food crumbs everywhere which sucks when walking barefoot. There is also a very strong egg & chlorine odor and the pool gets extremely humid, more ventilation would be nice. Overall… GREAT!!!!

Our stay was good, we had the Rockin Thunder river tour in the morning after our stay, easy checkout

Pros: We were pleased , but only was one night, We did enjoy the breakfast bar, it was one of the best we have seen at hotels we have stayed. We didn't use the gym equipment or the pool. Traveled on from there.
