It was quiet, clean and comfortable with friendly staff and nice amenities.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The queen suite had plenty of room for a my friend group. We loved the salt water pool and free coffee that is always available in the lobby. Very comfortable and clean. Would choose this stay again.

Nice hotel for a nearby wedding weekend.

Pros: Bedding was top notch! Loved the comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons: In a room designed for up to 4 people, one desk chair was inadequate. There were two of us and we needed another chair. There beds are high, so climbing up to sit was awkward.

Good hotel with lackluster breakfast.

Pros: Beds were okay, variety of TV channels and clean. Bathroom was clean with nice towels. I might stay again. Kids loved the pool. The a/c was perfect. Cooled the room quickly and held the temperature.

Cons: It was an average hotel but breakfast sucked. Limited option and all was cold. When I let staff know the waffle batter dispenser she was extremely rude. Told me it wasn't and I didn't know how to use it. I travel a lot, I not only know how to use it but I can clean it and fill it fast than that woman took to open it, look at it and shut the door.

Decent place at a typical rate

Pros: The beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice. The first shift staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was ok.

Cons: Elevators did not work properly. It was actually pretty scary.

Pros: The hotel was relatively new. Nice decor throughout. Loved the historic photos of Bellefontaine! Staff was very nice!

Cons: Label photos so we know what they are. Drive into property at night was not very well marked.

Quiet and comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast was fine and coffee great. Good location once you found it.

Cons: There is no signage visible to tell you where hotel is. Spent 20 min looking for it despite gps. Only open a week so all is new. But with anything new still some bugs to work out like the thermostat. But all in all for price and comfort a gold star!! Didn’t appear as if anyone read my request for a first floor due to traveling with my 89 yr old mom. They had me on second floor farthest from elevator. That was disappointing but I was moved closer to the elevator. 😊
