Pros: Staff amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Complimentary lemon water, cookies and popcorn available in the lobby. Complimentary chili night when we were there. Staff provides a very inclusive, homey feeling ❤️

Cons: Not a complaint but suggest a door tag or similar to request towel/trash change. Occasionally desk staff are not available or busy to request service.

Pros: The staff was phenomenal! Caring, compassionate, courteous, and accommodating. Room very large and comfortable for the price. Delicious complimentary cookies and popcorn in the afternoon/evening was a nice treat. Refreshing lemon infused water always available in the lobby.

Cons: The only constructive criticism to offer would be: the towels were not changed on a daily basis even if requested -had to ask twice on a few occasions. Perhaps a slightly larger breakfast offering would have been nice.

We will be back!

Pros: I am a recovering Leukemia patient at the James in Columbus, OH. We go there every 2 weeks for infusions. When the appointments are early morning, we head down the night before, just to avoid the stress and to make sure we get some sleep. This was our first time staying in Marysville, we will be back. Just wish there was a way to get the room a little cheaper, renting a room every 2 weeks gets expensive. We tried Extended Stay in Columbus, definitely not the place to stay if you are trying to rest. Thank you for keeping a very nice hotel where my wife and I feel good staying the night.

Cons: The only thing, and it is minor, is the pillows. Not the best I have used in a hotel, but we did sleep.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Staff was very friendly when we arrived. Location was well taken care of inside and out. The room was very clean and oversized. We loved it. The bed was comfortable. The pillows not so much, but that goes at every hotel we stay in. Still slept well. We really enjoyed our stay.
