Pros: Breakfast was very nice! Easy location in and out and staff was great.

Cons: We were located near rooms with dogs and the dogs did bark and the folks occupying the rooms yelled around quite frequently in the early morning.

Good value and great breakfast bar.

Pros: The reception staff was wonderful. The breakfast bar was one of the best I have seen in many years. We travel 60-90 days a year, we always stay in hotels. I would return here any day!

Very comfortable and restful

Pros: Lighting was very dim. Options are good. Staff was excellent. Very kind, helpful and had smiles in their faces. Don't see that often.

Was not given a room with two beds as ordered, but otherwise quite good.

Pros: Room was comfortable. Bathroom was nice, great shower.

Cons: Bed was lumpy or something.

Pros: Breakfast was above average for a hotel. The person servicing the front desk offered to move us to the third floor to be near our friends without us even asking.

Cons: The back door would not let us enter even with our key cards, so we had to walk around one time.

Pros: Great guy manager running things. Very nice and helpful.

Cons: Sleep arrangements. One king bed instead of 2 queen beds.

All in all, it was a comfortable stay, and I loved how clean it was.

Pros: I liked how clean it was. The children liked the pool, but said it was really cold.

Cons: The temperature of the pool. Needs to be a bit warmer, especially on a weekend when my kids say it’s cold that means it’s really cold. I wouldn’t even get in. Breakfast was good, but the pancake dispenser was not working and it seemed like they were having a hard time keeping up with the food. Granted, I believe there may have only been one or two people working so that would happen if that is the case there’s no way one or two people could’ve kept up with that crowd.
