Excellent bed, shower, staff in this airport hotel.

Pros: Spacious room, perfect bed, excellent shower, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, check-out time of 12 noon very helpful, room and bathroom very clean. Morning staff went out of their way to help me out--much appreciated.

Cons: The ventilation system in the room was unusually noisy. This is literally the only thing to criticize.

Excellent

Pros: The check in staff are lovely and really friendly. The hotel is in a nice quiet area, on what seems to be like an office or business park. The rooms are big and comfortable. The room was really clean, as were sheets and towels. This was the end of our trip and being able to do laundry on site was really handy. I would definitely stay again.

AMAZING!! A hidden gem! Will be my go-to next time I’m back in Pittsburgh. Exceptional staff!

Pros: Clean & welcoming. So greatful they let us check in early and allowed for a late check out. We were in for a Steelers game.

Pros: reggeli jó volt, a szoba jó volt, ingyenes parkolás és könnyen megtalálható

Cons: este Check ineltünk, és a recepciós lány random eltűnt percekre, majd odaadta a szobakártyát és megint elment. lett volna kérdésünk, de végül amúgy segítőkész volt. A szobát 3 személyre foglaltam és valamiért csak 2 emberre készültek. este még nekünk kellett beágyazni a kanapét.
