Convenient location. Nice kitchen. Nice lobby. Friendly staff.

Great stay

Pros: The staff at the facility was wonderful. They were helpful and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace. I work remotely and the office area was comfortable. The desk and chair worked well and there were plenty of easily accessible outlets. Overall a great stay during a personally difficult time.

Cons: I don't have any complaints. I would stay here again.

Pros: This was a great location to all that we did, Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Sunset cruise and hiking that we did at local parks. Breakfast was very good! Lots of variety and hot foods! Front desk people were helpful, gave us extra items as needed. We put garbage out, they came and picked it up.

Cons: Our room wasn't the cleanest, but I brought wipes and spray and wiped down things. All was good!

Pros: We loved the room, was nice and clean. The water pressure and temp was awesome. We loved having a big kitchen. We liked the breakfast that was provided.

Cons: Our TV did not work when we came back from our event, but they gave us a credit on our room. This made us happy. The credit seems to be taking time to come on my account but they sent me an email with the details. thank you!
