Pros: The property itself was extremely well maintained. The staff I found to be second to none. Extremely professional helpful. ( Thank you to the lovely lady who checked us in and Especially Mariah, how work the night shift. The front of house staff to the gentleman serving the breakfast were excellent.

Pros: Breakfast was good but the breakfast attendant was the best. Very attentive and had everything organized and clean.

Cons: Dated and worn rooms. Carpets in the hallway need cleaning.

Pros: Staff was great, especially the gentleman who was working the night i checked in. He was a lifesaver! No complaints at all!

Pros: The lobby was modern. Staff were nice. Free breakfast was good.

Cons: Our original room was in rough shape and did have one serious issue. However after talking with staff about it, I was given a new, upgraded room at no additional cost. That room was very nice.

Pros: The kids loved the pull out couch it was comfy for them! The breakfast was good! The lotion and shampoo conditioner combo smells phenomenal! (I just was curious about the smell) I wish there was a little bottle to keep, hehe! Overall, it's was a good stay! Just a few things that were not ok....

Cons: The king-size bed was a little too stiff. But that could be me! I like soft and comfy! Hubby didn't mind. Cleanliness was a little under done. There was a benadryl found in the right cubby hole by the bathroom on the sink. We have a 2-year-old that we are glad she didn't find it! I happened to and threw it out. The sink faucets had some build-up on them that I wiped right off when I cleaned. Found some wrappers not from the snacks we had on hand under the couch when we pulled it out as for some clear shiny substance I had to wipe off of the two square foot rest. Also, room 409 has a funky smell in the fridge/freezer. It could use some baking soda! Ps. The bedroom lamp light bulbs flicker, too!

Comfortable place close to everything.

Pros: Close to Sweetwater Pavilion. Great access to stores and restaurants.

Cons: Can’t find any fault with the property.

I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros: The room was really nice. It had a sitting area as well as a separate bedroom with a king bed.

Cons: Our window faced a busy highway. It was very noisy.
