Pros: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There was info on local restaurants and places of interest.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't very good. It snowed overnight during our stay and the sidewalks/parking lot hadn't been plowed or salted which is a safety issue.

Pros: Very friendly and informative, pillows are beyond amazing , bed was firm but not too firm, cool lounge area downstairs

Cons: Thin entryway walls,.the neighbors came in their room about 230am and it sounded like someone coming through my door

Pros: The location was great. I enjoyed the oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. My husband liked the pancakes and sausages. There were nice options to choose from.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of to change.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, best yoghurt I've ever eaten, all of the other options were great! Plentiful bacon, and great coffee and juice; I would stay there again just to eat the breakfast! The TV was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive, everything was nice, clean, and comfortable

Cons: Basically nothing, I really have no complaints. I feel the experience was great for the price.

One night stay after long drive up from New Orleans.

Pros: Clean as always! Excellent staff interaction. Breakfast area very well maintained with good options. Enjoyed the coffee & nice tea options. Just a recommendation- A magnified mirror in the bathroom for makeup application would have made the bathroom setup perfect

Was close to event we attended, good restaurants close by, very well kept (cleanliness) staff good

Pros: Breakfast was hot had decent variety of things to eat

Cons: Only thing I did not like was that they had flooring in every room so that every move that the people made above you was very loud in your unit. kids running sounded like a herd of cattle.

Pros: Clean, tidy and welcoming. It was very busy but the staff members were calm and professional

Pros: Very friendly receptionist at the check-in, great style lobby, pool area is warm with plenty towels, big/clean/quiet room, pool table & games are available in the lobby, very good breakfast

Cons: Water in the pool is a bit chilly

Pros: Rooms are comfortable and cozy. The welcome message on the tv is a nice touch.

Pros: Everything about this property was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Would return here 100 times. Best hotel ever.

Cons: The beds are very hard like sleeping on concrete. I have a bad back so this part really does stink.
