Pros: All the employees were exceptional, middle of the night check in staff, morning breakfast staff and all housekeeping staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was overall much nicer than we anticipated and we would 10/10 recommend.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.

Nothing extraordinary for the price. But not dirty or noisy.

Pros: it was a quiet night so the room and lobby were quiet

Cons: breakfast was unfortunately after I left at 530am to work. Coffee and muffins out prior to the hot items would have been nice. It's too bad that the traffic around this hotel makes it insane to enter or leave.

Would stay here again if need be.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The Chef/person in charge was super, very nice and sweet. He needs a raise, interacting with everyone and just an all over guy.

Cons: Only one thing—. The toilet was very low….hard for us to get down that low and then back up. Other than that everything was good.

Comfortable and nice, will ALWAYS stay here when in or close to Mayfield Heights, Oh

Pros: Breakfast as for the main meal can be a hit or miss depending on your likes, there is always waffles, cereal, variety of bread and pastries, coffee, juice. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

Cons: There is nothing major that I disliked. The location is perfect, close to freeway, eateries, sight seeing and more. I would like to see maybe a pool, spa pool and sauna someday.
