Check in and out was OUTSTANDING!

Pros: The young Lady who greeted us at check in (and check out) was the sweetest, most Pleasant receptionist EVER! She was so Dear and Darling! ❤️

Cons: Our room door didn’t lock. I informed the Lovely young Lady in the morning. Evidently Maintenance had been notified of some issues but he was unable to be reached.

Relaxing trip to Twinsburg.

Pros: Location was close to our event and easy to access. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Cons: The breakfast would have been much better if there was some sort of protein available.

Helpful friendly staff. Clean and close to the festival.

Pros: Friendly front desk. It was clean and close to the Twins festival.

Cons: Bed was too firm for me but that's just a preference thing.

Pros: Staff was excellent. They put in a lot of effort to make the stay good and it definitely showed! We thought we lost something after check out and the manager went and looked for it when cleaning staff weren't available to check. Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was also well stocked.

Happy with the stay but did I get charged exrra?

Pros: The sheets were so soft! Quick easy check in. Overall great place.

Cons: Concerned about an additional charge on my account. Paid the full amount thru booking.com but another 50$ charge showed up on my bank account. Will reassess mo day and see if it's still there.

Pros: I was allowed to check in an hour before the check in time.

Cons: We didn't get a room cleaning but we got fresh towels

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised. It was a good location, easy to make a reservation online. The hotel was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had good pressure.

Cons: Shower was slow draining

It was a pleasant place to stay.

Pros: Clean room. Hall and elevator and public spaces smelled wonderful. I thought it was a nice little Continental breakfast to start the day.

Cons: The security latch to our room was missing a piece so it did not work. Light switch in bathroom was also the fan switch.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price

Pros: Great place to stay. Found this hotel last minute and booked online. When I got there the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I ended up staying at a more expensive hotel the next night and the whole time I was wishing I had just come back here lol
