Good stay, close to friends and relatives. Fairly quiet.

Pros: Front desk and food service was excellent.Bed and pillows very comfortable. Heater worked awesome. Was given extra blankets as requested.

Cons: Toilet was way too low. One elevator. Maid service was lacking because highly understaffed. Outlets loose.

Pros: The location is very convenient to HOF museum, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was superb. Great value for money.

Pros: Pretty much everything. All of the staff were awesome and working hard.

Cons: 2nd day, no hot water for showers The eggs and sausage were undercooked. Out of oj and milk both days.

Pros: Food and coffee were terrible. More selections and quality is needed. I won't come back strictly for this reason.

Go to the Hampton Inn.

Pros: The room was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Cons: The bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on a cot. The pillows were horrible. Everything is so cheap and outdated. The couch was broke down and filthy. The cups and toiletries were the cheapest available The pool area, tables and chairs were covered in bird poop. The chairs were broken and need replaced. The breakfast was inedible. Lower quality than McDonalds.
