Pros: I didn't eat breakfast. Location great. Clean and met my needs. Also, I requested my room to be on the first floor due to my leg injury. All turned out great.

Good! Love it, if I go back to Ohio, that would be my top choice

Pros: It seems very close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and that's what I want.

Cons: I think over all is fine. Clean room, spacious one with lots of TV channels I could watch.

Cons: Bathroom tub floor was falling in, the plastic was fine but could tell the floor underneath was very damaged. Breakfast needs more options for warm foods, the eggs and potatoes were not very tasty eggs seemed like cooked yolks but it was great otherwise still was plenty to choose from as alternatives.

Pros: The parking availability was good. The room was clean, air conditioning worked. The staff were very friendly and when my key card quit working - they fixed the issue. The breakfast was good overall. I appreciate that it was located across the street from Dunkin Donuts and I could walk there in the morning to get coffee.

Cons: Our room was on the third floor and the stairs are steep. Since I didn’t realize the building does not have an elevator I would have requested a room on a lower level.

Pros: The hotel's location was perfect close to several dining places and entertainment, and my event.

Cons: I was placed on the third floor with two young children and no elevator.

Pros: Check-in was easy and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were awful. But I normally bring my own with me, just forgot it. Rooms needed an update, badly.
