Quality Inn Middleburg Heights near Cleveland Airport

Pros: For the price , location , and facility it was a great stay. The staff were nice and the room was clean. I know prices fluctuate but I paid $88 and to get a nice room and be near stores , restaurants etc it is very convenient location.

Pros: Comfortable room, bed pillows, desk, and lounge chair. Nice amenities for the price.

Cons: Floor not swept the greatest. The room had not been deep cleaned in a while. Dust and dirt in corners and behind furniture. Fridge barely working and iced up. Would barely freeze 2 cold packs out of 6 I put in the freezer compartment. Low water pressure in shower and shower head not working correctly. Clogged up with lime scale.

Great value, quiet and clean!

Pros: The beds were clean and comfy and shower was good too.

Cons: Could use extra soap in the shower the room only came with one soap by the sink or front desk offer it upon check in. Also, I requested gluten-free option and lactose-free options which is why I added breakfast to the booking, was told yes in a message and then there was nothing there for me.

Pros: Looking at the reviews, I was skeptical, but after staying here, I don't know what people were upset about. My room was really clean and nice. The staff I encountered was nice; they have a breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, and toast. The hotel rooms are accessible from the outdoor, so it was nice that I could park right in front. They have a fridge and microwave. I just wish they had a bigger trash bin in the room.

Pros: Everything goods. Must info them if you need cleans room next days.

Cons: Curtain window not great.
